When you'll upload xml file or wanna to change your currently template to another else.
This is step:
1. Download your xml file for new template.
2. Login to your blogspot account.
3. Enter layout
4. Enter edit HTML
5. Upload your XML file
6. And than press confirm and save
your template has been changed.
